y family is the most important thing in the world to me. I have a wonderful husband who has put up with a lot and has loved and cared for me for over 48 years. I have four sons, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
In 1994 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and have been fighting it ever since. The battle is not just to defeat the disease in my body but to make everyone aware that breast cancer can
be prevented and cured if caught early and treated properly. Please click on this link to the American Cancer Society and learn how to be a breast cancer fighter.
Surviving Breast Cancer seemed like the fight of my life but in 2008 I was diagnosed with a even more rare killer disease, Amyloidosis. This disease seems even more formidable than cancer since it is very rare and at this point, very difficult to treat. My faith in God and his son Jesus has sustained me and I would like you to visit my Caring Bridge site to read about this journey I take with your prayers and God's help.
